Single Kayak Rental

  • Explore solo with our single, sit on top, kayak rentals. Paddle and Coast Guard approved life vest included. 
  • We will assist you in choosing the perfect kayaking location to suit your needs. Selected areas will be accessible by car and most with cellphone service and limited amenities. 
  • We will meet at selected locations including campgrounds, public lodging, and marina's at a designated time to drop off kayak(s) and will return at agreed upon time to retrieve them.
  • Scupper hole plugs and paddle lanyards available upon request.
  • Basic kayak use, safety and care will be provided.

Do you provide life jackets?

Yes, we provide Coast Guard approved life jackets for all renters. Safety is our top priority. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own.

Do I have to be 18 years old to rent a kayak?

Yes, you have to be at least 18 years old in order to rent a kayak and show proof of I.D. Minors will need to be accompanied by an adult.

What is included in the rental fee?

The rental fee includes the kayak, paddle, and Coast Guard approved life vest.

Can I bring my own kayak?

You are more than welcome to bring your own kayak to paddle along with friends or family who are renting from us. 

Please note, you are responsible for your own transport of kayak to and from kayaking location.

Do kayaks have a weight limit?

Yes, kayaks do have a weight limit. Contact us for further details and accommodations.

What items are recommended for kayaking?
  • non-skid, enclosed foot gear that can withstand water
  • towel
  • sun screen if desired
  • plenty of water
  • snacks or other food items
  • dry bags for cellphones, clothing and other essential items that you do not want  getting wet

What forms of payments do you accept?

Will I get a refund due to inclement weather?

Yes, if you reserve a kayak and weather does not permit you to kayak on your rented day, you will get a refund.
